The dock is hidden inside the asteroid as are small private quarters for whatever staff happens to operate the listening equipment. The insides, including the communal room with a kitchen and a storage room, are plain and sterile, made from cheap durable materials of uninspiring grey.
Life support is functional, radiation shielding is decent, but there is no gravity to speak of.
The spying devices collect various planetary feeds as well as can monitor the traffic going to and from Hypatea at some points of the day, though much of it is encrypted. Nothing inside the station indicates that it is serving the Atreides.
The exchange craft for coming planetside is already docked. The resident operative departed on your ship right after your arrival, having briefed you what is where.
