Basic Criteria:

• Already on Harmonthep, or coming planetside on a designated lighter
• Aligned to the Atreides or to their alliance with the Hagal, or motivated to seek such alignment
• Local to Harmonthep, or low- to mid-profile in the Imperium
• Discernable by Thufir Hawat or by already involved PCs as useful in acting against Harkonnen agents

Possible character inspirations:

• Members of the Ptolemaios House Minor governing Harmonthep, or other local leaders
• Atreides or allied sleeper agents
• Offworld professionals with security experience, which may include restricted professions of the Imperium
• Local nominally enslaved Zensunni living off the land, including moss pearl divers
• Local entrepreneurs like pilots, coaches, tour guides
• Sportspeople like racers, ballgame or Cheops chess players, even sport celebrities, or other people who can hide in plain sight
• Rangers of Corrino-mandated lion reserves
